Scope of Warranty
Our services are provided with reasonable skill, care, and in accordance with the agreed service description at the time of purchase.
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards for IT support, repair, installation, consultancy, and related technical services.
Service Warranty (Workmanship Only)
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any warranty provided applies strictly to the quality of workmanship performed by us and does not extend to hardware, software, or third-party components.
Where applicable, a limited service warranty period may be offered (e.g., 14–90 days) covering only the specific service performed. This warranty covers correction of issues directly caused by our verified error in service execution.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not apply to any issues arising from:
- pre-existing faults, defects, or damage in devices or systems
- hardware or software supplied or installed by the Customer
- third-party software, firmware, drivers, or updates
- manufacturer limitations or design restrictions
- normal wear and tear or degradation over time
- misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications after service completion
- environmental factors (including power surges, overheating, moisture, or external interference)
- compatibility issues between systems, software, or components
Software, Firmware, and Custom Configurations
Where services involve installation, configuration, or modification of operating systems, software, drivers, firmware, or system settings, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that such actions may:
- alter or remove manufacturer-provided features
- reduce or change original system functionality
- affect performance, stability, or compatibility
Such outcomes are considered inherent risks of customization and do not constitute defects or service failures.
We are not responsible for limitations, bugs, or functionality changes inherent in third-party or manufacturer-provided systems.
Customer Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for:
- ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete
- backing up data prior to service delivery
- reviewing service descriptions and compatibility requirements before purchase
- ensuring that any supplied hardware or software is functional and compatible
We are not liable for losses resulting from the Customer’s failure to comply with these responsibilities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:
- data loss
- loss of business or revenue
- loss of functionality due to third-party systems
- system downtime or operational disruption
No Guarantee of Uninterrupted or Error-Free Operation
We do not guarantee that any system, device, or software will operate without interruption, errors, or defects following service completion, particularly where third-party software, hardware, or custom configurations are involved.
Third-Party Components and Services
We are not responsible for the performance, updates, restrictions, or failures of third-party hardware, software, operating systems, cloud services, or APIs used in or affected by the service.
Any such components are governed by their respective manufacturers’ or providers’ terms and warranties
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights the Customer may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws, including those applicable in the Republic of Moldova or, where applicable, the European Union.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
